This is a beautiful little miniature blue art glass pitcher. I believe this is what's called a Puritan style, and most likely, was made in West Virginia. Many West Virginia glass companies were known for manufacturing these types of pitchers. Most are used for toothpick holders, and the like. It does appear to be hand blown, and has a rough pontil on the bottom. This particular piece is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks, and measures 3 3/8 inches tall. The width of the rim is 2 inches, the base is proportionate. Thanks for looking!
